  • High School: Named the Gloucester County Times Player of the Year as a senior; was recently inducted into West Deptford HS’s Hall of Fame
  • College: All-South Region honoree; helped lead Wake Forest to four consecutive Final Four appearances, including a national championship in 2004; key part of the their runs to an undefeated regular season in 2005 and the ACC tournament championship and national runner-up status in 2006; notched 29 goals in her four seasons, including a career-high 13 in 2006; was named to the All-South Region First Team as a senior and was tabbed as the South Jersey Collegiate Field Hockey Player of the Year.
